Rishtaara acts as a marketplace to connect users with third-party wedding service vendors. We are not responsible for the services provided by these vendors. Any disputes or issues with a vendor must be resolved directly with the vendor.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rishtaara is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our matchmaking or vendor services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rishtaara and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
